It all started when…

A few years ago, I began suffering from migraines, TMJ and neck pain, which sent me on a road to discovering many types of pain relief for these issues. It turns out, most of my clients have suffered from a few of these issues as well. I landed on a combination of techniques that not only release tension that causes our pain, but the most fabulous side effect, which is muscle and fascia recontouring! I have created this massage as a stand alone treatment outside of any skincare treatmens becasue it deserves our full attention and time. The results are incredible, something you must experience for yourself! One client said that this is the treatment she never knew shes needed in her life for so long.


WHAT TO EXPECT:

I start with a very thorough intake and consultation to make sure you are a good candidate for this treatment and do before/after pictures. I look at facial symmetry and we go over your specific goals and expectations with your treatment. Depending on your goals, we will establish a treatment plan and how many sessions you will need.

Expect a luxurious, sculpting facial massage combining external contouring and gentle intraoral buccal techniques to define the jawline, reduce puffiness, brighten under-eyes, and deeply release tension. I prepare the skin with a thorough cleanse with hot scented steam towels and perform slow and rhythmic lymphatic drainage to open the system and prepare for a deeper massage. Transcend into a deeper relaxation with a healing meditative playlist that uses frequencies to relax the nervous system and vagal nerve regulation. As the muscles unwind, the nervous system follows — creating space for emotional release and deep relaxation.
